We offer FREE SHIPPING on all products for orders over € 75 within the Europe.

PRINTED PRODUCTS:

Our products are made to order and cannot be amended once they enter production. This is due to our automated system, which sends your order to one of our fulfilment centres. However, if you notice a mistake in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.

IMPORTANT: Please double-check all your order details before completing the checkout process (e.g., delivery address, item selections).

Processing:

Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. Items may take 1-3 business days for processing. While we strive to process your order as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing times due to low stock availability. If a product is out of stock, it will be shipped from our US fulfilment centre. In such cases, we will notify you via email of any delays.

Shipping:

Your order is made especially for you, printed to order, and not mass-produced.

Once completed and securely packaged, European orders should arrive approximately 7-15 days after shipment. Delivery times are tentative and may vary sometimes arriving earlier, but occasionally delayed as well.

Order Status:

After placing your order, we will keep you updated on your order status via email.

Order Confirmation:

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order and your shipping and billing details.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will include your shipment details and tracking number. To track your package, simply click the link provided. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the shipping company to update the tracking information. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately on different days, and you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each package.

We ship from one of our specialist print labs in the EUROPE, UK and USA.

We currently deliver printed products to UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

Our print facilities use various couriers, and all parcels are sent using a tracked service.
